One operator, Shopify-leaning, end to end. I read every email, quote within a day, and usually ship before agencies finish their kickoff. Send the brief, the URL, or just the bullet list of problems.
I keep US, EU, and APAC overlap hours. Most teams I work with never feel the time-zone gap.

No funnel, no SDR, no “someone from my team will reach out.” You write me, I write back — usually the same day.

Most engagements start the same week the contract is signed. No queue, no waiting room.
A short Loom + checklist every Friday. You always know what shipped, what’s next.
Didn’t see yours? Email me — I’ll answer it and probably add it here.
Most small builds ship in 1–2 weeks. A full storefront usually lands in 3–5 weeks. I quote calendar dates up front, not vague sprints — if I’m late, you’ll know before the deadline.
Yes. Shopify is my home base, but I’ve shipped Next.js apps, Chrome extensions, a macOS app, and a few weird internal tools. If it runs in a browser or a terminal, I can probably build it.
For fixed scope: 50% up front, 50% on delivery. For retainers: invoiced at the start of each month. Wire, USDC, or Stripe — whichever is easiest for you.
Often, yes. I keep one week per month free for sprints — a CRO audit, a section build, a migration. Ping me; if I have the slot, I’ll quote it within a day.
Happy to. Send yours over or use mine. I default to confidential on everything I touch — even without paperwork.
Pick a 30-minute slot. No deck, no agenda — bring the problem, leave with a plan.
